It was a very quiet month for real estate in Waterloo Region and Upper Beechwood and Beechwood West were no exception. Just two homes sold in the area last month, brining the total for the year to 44. Prices remain high and it looks like we are on track to end the year with an average sale price of more than $900,000 for the first time. The average sale price through the end of November was $910,000 with homes selling at almost full list price (99.6%) and after 22 days on the market.
