Home sales in Beechwood and Maple Hills remained steady through the first 3 months of the year. A total of 12 homes sold in
the area equalling the total that sold during the same period in 2018. Average sale prices remained steady. Homes sold for an

during the first three months of the year. While that represented an increase of 17.4% from the 23 that sold during the same period

last year the neighbourhood is still behind traditional levels.  Average sale prices remained more or less unchanged, homes sold

for an average of $626,000 in the first quarter down very slightly from the average of $628,000 during the same period last

It was a strong start to the year for home sales in Laurelwood. The first three months of the year saw a total of 13 homes sold in the
area, a significant improvement from the seven that sold during the same period in 2018. Average sale prices were also up, in the first
quarter of 2019 the average sale price in Laurelwood was $759,000 and increase of almost 10% from the average of $706,000
during the same period last year. While the average for the number of days homes were on the market was 24 days, this was due mainly

Beechwood and Beechwood West. Just seven homes sold in the first three months of the year and, while that was an improvement
from the 6 homes that sold during the same period last year, it is still below the traditional pace of sales in the area. On a more
positive note average sale prices were up. The average sale price in the neighbourhood during the first quarter was
$890,000 an increase of 11.5% from the average of $807,000 during the same period in 2018. Average prices by home type
were as follows:

It has been a busier than normal start to the year for home sales in Conservation Meadows.  Lots of demand and very little supply have meant that homes in the area continue to sell for more than list price, in a very short (7 day) time frame.

It has been a fairly typical start to the year for home sales in Westvale.  Average sale prices are down but, considering that the average list price is also down it is evident that the drop has more to do with the properties were available rather than a general downturn in the market.

The start to the year for the real estate market in Beechwood and Maple Hills has been fairly typical.  So far this year just 5 homes have sold.  Continuing demand for homes in the neighbourhood has meant that the average selling price is once again exceeding the average list price.   While average sale prices are down quite a bit, the average list price is down as well indicating that the sale prices we are seeing is more a reflection of the homes being sold than overall market conditions.

It has been a reasonably busy start to the year for home sales in Eastbridge.   So far seven homes have sold in the neighbourhood and while average sale prices have backed off a bit, homes are still selling for full list price which would indicate that the drop in price is due to the homes being offered for sale rather than a downturn in the market.  

It was a much better start to the year for the Real Estate market in Columbia Forest, Clair Hills and Vista Hills.   While the average sale prices are quite a bit lower than last year the average list price were as well indicating that the drop is not a result of a downturn but a reflection of the properties that have been available.
